Layaway Policy

We know a designer handbag can be a big investment. In addition to taking credit
cards, Meme’s Treasures offers layaway on items valued at $199 or more.

• Standard Layaway: 50% upfront and the remaining balance within 4 weeks.
• Extended Layaway: For our 6-month option, please click on the VIP Extended Layaway link.
• Missed Payments: If you fail to pay your balance, Meme’s Treasures will issue store credit
  for the amount paid (minus a 20% restocking fee), and the original handbag will go back up for sale.

No cash refunds. All layaway payments are converted to store credit if the plan is not completed.

Return Policy

At Meme’s, we take pride in the authenticity and quality of our products. Every item is guaranteed
to be 100% authentic, backed by our lifetime authenticity guarantee.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. If you feel the item you received isn’t quite right for you, we offer an exchange
   for store credit within 3 days of receipt. A restocking fee applies.
2. Jewelry and handbags are subject to a 25% restocking fee and can be
   exchanged within the same 3-day window.
3. Due to our boutique size, we cannot offer cash refunds. All returns are issued as store credit.
4. Layaway items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Communication

Upon receiving your purchase, please contact us right away if you wish to initiate an exchange.
We strive to provide clear, detailed descriptions with multiple images (and sometimes videos)
to show the condition of each item. We tend to overstate any flaws or wear so that your new piece
exceeds your expectations.

However, as a small, hands-on operation, we may occasionally overlook something. If you believe the
description was inaccurate or there is any issue, please reach out immediately so we can make it right.

Authenticity

Each bag is carefully inspected to ensure authenticity. I have sold countless authentic
Louis Vuitton handbags and am accepted by PayPal, eBay, and all major credit card companies
for dispute resolution documentation.

There are many factors to consider when inspecting a Louis Vuitton. I review stitching,
heat stamp font and placement, date code font and placement, country of origin code,
hardware and rivet markings, and more. I do not want to sell a fake bag any more than you
want to own one.

Everything possible is done to assure you a 100% authentic designer bag.
I can provide required pictures for you to have your bag professionally authenticated at an
outside source prior to purchase.

If you EVER discover your bag is not authentic, Meme’s will refund your money
no matter how long it has been since you bought the bag. Meme’s will also
pay for the return shipping to send the bag back.
